RETURNS
✦We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL UNPAID ORDERS.
✦We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. We do not ship replacements.
✦No exchanges 
Due to the sanitary aspect of our product, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please write us using the contact form so that we may best solve the issue.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT





  • HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER?

To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our Contact Form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#1234)'). To edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Edit' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Edit (#1234)').

  • WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept  Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Sezzle 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible or simply refund you.

  • IS MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFO SECURE ON YOUR SITE?
  • All payments accepted on the site are processed by Shopify, and as such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
  • Also through credit/ debit cards that are handles safely.
  • WHAT IS 'PRE-ORDER' , WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
To help you get the items you want before they sell out, you can now pre-o​rder items (where pre-order stock is available). This isn't just for items we've had and sold out of but we'll also be offering pre-orders on items we haven't even released yet. For more info contact us
  • HOW DO I USE DISCOUNT CODES IN YOUR SHOP?
  • Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 
  • 'discount code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button.​​​
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If the items are IN STOCK any orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM ET will begin processing 2-6 business days, excluding holidays.

Base Orders take 2-5 Days.

Lip-gloss kits take 1-2 weeks to process before shipped

Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with

a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY . *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS All packages are shipped via USPS First Class. First Class takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package you will have to pay $20.

 
  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
  • WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
  • USPS First Class 2-4 Business Days ($3.50)
  • USPS First Class International  ($13.50)
  • Option to Upgrade to Priority Mail or Express at Checkout. Additional Fees Apply.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class 2-4 Business Days. All international orders are shipped First Class International Mail packages typically take 2-3 days to arrive. ​
